Islamic Emirate: No one has the right to threaten the United States from Afghanistan

The Islamic Emirate has issued a statement saying it will not allow anyone from Afghanistan to pose a threat to the United States. They say they are living up to their commitments, and they are urging the United States to live up to their commitments.

Taliban spokesman Zabihullah Mujahid issued a statement today (Sunday, Feb 28) announcing that the political agreements between the United States and the Islamic Emirate would become one year old: “Under this agreement, no one will be allowed to pose a threat to the United States from Afghanistan.”

The political agreement between the United States and the Islamic Emirate was signed on March 1, 2017 in the presence of representatives of various countries. The agreement agreed on the complete withdrawal of US troops from Afghanistan within 14 months of the signing of the agreement.

The statement went on to say that under the US agreement with the Taliban, 5,000 Taliban prisoners and 1,000 Afghan government prisoners would be released, following which inter-Afghan talks would begin. At the same time, these negotiations lasted for six months, and the Islamic Emirate says that prolongation of these negotiations is their fault.

The statement also said that the Islamic Emirate is committed to its commitments and sees peace as the only solution to the problems in Afghanistan, and called on the US government to live up to its commitment to achieving peace in Afghanistan.

According to the declaration of the Islamic Emirate; The release of the remaining prisoners of the Islamic Emirate is another article of the agreement that has not been implemented so far.

The Islamic Emirate says they has reduced its operations under the Doha Accords, accusing the Afghan government of stepping up attacks on Islamic Emirate fighters. It also holds the Islamic Emirate of Qatar, the Security Council and all the countries party to the Doha Agreement responsible for implementing the agreement.
