Moonir Farhad, spokesman for the province of Balkh, Today, the Chief of the Population Registration Office of the Chahar Bolek district of Balkh province was kidnapped by the Taliban when he was moving from the district to Mazar-i-Sharif.

According to Mr. Farhad, we are trying to free him with mediation from the elders that well not be harmed to him.
